Volunteering
If you would like to volunteer for a role in the Kingston Huskies Organization please see the positions below. Please note that there is no limit on non-elected positions and they may be filled at any time during the season. ALL required documents are listed below and need to be obtained before a field pass is given. Links are also provided below for clearances and certifications.
-Elected positions consist of board members and Head Coaches. if interested in an elected position please see our secretary, Missy Adams, for more information on voting years and letters of intent.

To Register for the Upcoming Season Parents/Guardians must fill out a Registration form, Pay Registrations fees, and provide a copy of ALL required documents. As Parents/Guardians you are responsible for one Mandatory Fundraiser, along with 2 stand duties during HOME football games (see below). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

*ALL Participants (Football and Cheerleading) need:
-Registration Form
-Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct Form
-Photo of Participant (Current)
-Copy of Birth Certificate
-2 Proofs of Residency (Drivers License, automobile registration, utility bill with both service and billing
information, school records, military or government identification, SSI documents)
-Physical (within the calendar year of participation) (MUST SAY "CLEARED TO PLAY FOOTBALL" or "CLEARED
TO CHEERLEAD"

*Dates & Fees*
Early Registration: April 14, 2019 from 12-3pm - $45 ($15 savings)
@ The Kingston Rec. Center
Regular Registration: May 19, 2019 from 12-2pm -$60
June 9, 2019 from 12-2pm -$60
*Both @ The Kingston Huskies Field

*Mandatory Fundraiser*
Lottery- Will be explained at time of registration. The up front cost is $60 per participant and should be paid at time of registration. The way to receive your $60 back is by selling your tickets and keeping that money.

*Stand Duty*
2 stand duties are required during HOME football games. You may signup to work a game that your child is not participating in however, if you do not sign up you will be assigned a stand duty. If you fail to work your stand duty you will be fined $20 per absence and your child will not be able to participate until paid. You may opt to pay a $20 "buy out" ($10 per duty) for stand duty at time of registration.

**No child will be turned away due to financial hardship. If you have an issue please message or see any member of the executive board so that we can work with you.
